Tara is a 3 year old girl from Yavatmal district, Maharashtra. She is a prodigy – a fantastic singer, and has an IQ of 140. Teaming up with Aabha Tai, the local anganwadi worker, Tara goes about spreading awareness on the primary tenets of Early Childhood.
